Return & Exchange Product:
All items sold are strictly non-refundable. You may be eligible for an exchange if any product purchased does not meet your expectations. Here are a few essential things to remember when returning a product you purchased online from Jollycat. For products purchased from various e-commerce platforms (Shopee / Lazada), please chat with our e-commerce team on the respective marketplace.
For any product inquiries (defective or damaged products), please email ecommerce@noble-advance.com. We will get back to you within three business days.
All exchanges or returns must be within 14 days from the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.

Return Process:
After you have emailed our customer service at ecommerce@noble-advance.com, they will advise you on what to do next – Packed item in its original box or a small bag and wait for our courier to pick up the returns or make an exchange.
Refunds:
In any exceptions where a refund has to be made, after receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the product, we will then decide whether or not to proceed with the refund. Please allow at least seven days for the refund process from when our courier picks up the returns. Mode of refund will be via PayNow and proof of refund will be sent to you.
